Engagement Pictures: Round Two

In April, Christopher and I took our engagement pictures with one of my sorority sisters, Ari. She took my brother's senior pictures back in March, and my biffle/big/future sister-in-law Niki's engagement pictures earlier in the year. We went to three different locations that all held importance to us as a couple, and I wanted to highlight a few of my favorites from each place.

Sweetheart Circle: Legend has it that if you walk around Sweetheart Circle three times, holding hands with the one you love, you'll be together forever. Isn't that every girl's dream when she comes to Georgia Southern? Christopher made my dream come true the week before we were engaged. We were talking one night about all the things I wanted to do during my last weeks {or so I thought!} in Statesboro, and I mentioned how I'd always wanted to walk around Sweetheart Circle with my one true love. We went to dinner {probably El Som, of course}, and afterwards he surprised me by pulling into campus on the way home. Six days later, we were engaged. Magic...

So of course we had to take some pictures there! Plus, we love all things Southern: the campus, football, our memories, taking the dogs for walks all over campus during summer. It only seemed right to honor what brought us together {GSU led to Phi Mu, which led to Niki being my big, which led to me dating her brother, which led to this} with a few shots at the prettiest place on campus.

P.S. Check out my Instagram for a fave photo that I didn't post here: @piperellice.
